Have you ever walked into the bathroom at work and seen that the door to your favorite stall is CLOSED and therefore occupied!.....I HATE THAT! So what if I am a creature of habit. Since your fav stall is occupied you go into the next one and....go....and while you are sitting there you notice that there are no feet in the stall beside you. STRANGE.... So you lean down and peer under the stall wall and are MORTIFIED to to see that there is in FACT NO ONE in the stall at all. AND that my friend is the "bathroom stall fake out".....You COULD HAVE USED your favorite stall! How upsetting ;p
Good Morning, I'm HEEEEEE-RE!
Apparently I am disappointing a GREAT MANY people by not writing anything in this log so here is my first entry. I just saw a movie called "In Good Company" which featured quite a few scenes where people got fired from their job. I enjoyed the movie but I'd be lying if I said that the "firing" scenes didn't make me uncomfortable. I have never been fired myself but thinking about it happening is REALLY distressing! Don't get me wrong I really don't think my job is in jeopardy but I also don't think I am going to get hit by a bus on my way home from work today either. The phase FREAK ACCIDENT came from somewhere right? In the movie the persont that got fired either packed up their things and was given hugs and pats on the back as they left, OR they threw a HUGE, ANGRY tantrum and stormed out. Now I have worked at my current job for almost 5 years now and I have seen more then a couple people get fired and NEITHER movie senario has proved to be the case. Usually you don't even know they are gone till people in the office start whispering... The person has quitely packed up their personal belonging that they have so LOVINGLY collected during their time there and snuck out the side door avoiding eye contact with their FORMER coworkers...
ISN'T that sad! Jez Louise that WOULD SUCK!
So in conclusion, I HOPE I NEVER get fired....and also that I NEVER get hit by a bus.
